In this section, you will learn how to search folders. For more information about folder usage read articles at here.
Step 1: Folders and their content can be seen from three different locations. First one is from “Folders” section in the main screen. The second one is “Select Folder” form shown during upload when medical images and clinical documents are added to folders. The third one is “Select Folder” form shown at “Search” results page when Patient Studies are added to folders. At these three locations visual appearance of the folders, toolbar and functions are identical. Therefore, in this article screen shots which are taken from “Folders” page are used.
When you open Folders, all folders and their content are displayed.
Step 2: Folders can be searched using folder name or folder description. Search begins from current folder and searches its subfolders until there is no subfolder left. If you are already in a subfolder then search starts from that folder.
Enter the folder name or folder description and click “Search” button.
Step 3: Related folder or folders that are matching to search parameters will be shown on the page.
Step 4: In order to clear your search parameters, click on “Clear” button. If you want to see original folder content, click on “Search” button after clearing your search parameters. You can also click on “Refresh” button on the upper right side of the form.
Step 5: You can also search a folder using any keyword in folder name or folder properties. For this, write the keyword in the related field on the left side of the form. Then, click on “Search” button.
Step 6: After clicking on “Search” button, related folder or folders will be displayed on the page.
Step 7: For clearing your search parameters, you can follow the same steps in Step 4.
